Our class setting breaks down what you are doing right or wrong. The class environment helps you develop your skills at a fast pace as appose to hitting a bag for 3 hours without much guidance on your technical skills.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?

On your first day you will need, hand wraps, bag gloves, typical gym clothes, and running or walking shoes.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Boxing and fitness has been a part of our life for over 13 years. We love teaching and watching students learn and grow in the sport.

What do you love most about your job?

Boxing is always exciting and there is always room to improve. Watching our students grow and improve everyday is watch makes our jobs fun.
