Although the girl that did my hair was not very gentle with my hair when she was detangling it. and I noticed a lot of hair was pulled out. I did like the end results. so I will give go back. However next time I will let her know she needs to be more gentle with my hair especially when is wet because that's when is very sensitive to breakage. that is something that all hairstylist should now.

The staff are warm and welcoming and the décor is beautiful and all is kept clean. They serve drinks and snacks to all their clients. I went for a Keratin treatment and was assigned to Marcia. She was efficient, but that caused her to pull my hair a lot in her haste - almost as though she had somewhere else she had to be. Perhaps for other services I would recommend them, as they sure had lots of clients and seemed to know what they were doing.
