Background: I workout everyday with cardio and weight lifting. This class was the most fun I've had working out in my entire life. Definitely worth waking up early for!

Great place for any skill level from beginner to expert. Ken's style is relaxed and fun, but it's very evident he knows what he's doing as he pays attention to the detail and to helping each student achieve proper form and technique. My mom and I went for our first kickboxing lesson ever and both felt very comfortable; not awkward at all as total novices.

Its a great place and everyone should try it! Kickboxing is a fun, full-body workout that burns tons of calories. People can be intimidated by the learning the process but shouldn't be at all- there's nothing better than learning punching n kicking combinations that make you feel like a ninja! I love it its the best workout ever!!!
