It was a very relaxing envronment and there was no wait. I was told about the benefits of salt rooms by my doctor. She wanted to give it a whirl for my chronic migraines. Today was my frst day so I am not sure if it will help those but after leaving I feel relaxed and I can breath better and deeper.
