Great workout. I go Tues/thurs to Zumba. Love the instructor. Friendly environment. I would go more often but I live in East Hampton.

The Zumba classes are great! I am not the most coordinated person in the world, but I love to dance, and these classes were fun to attend. It was a great work-out, but the hour flew by. Also, there was a schedule that would fit to anyone's day. Unfortunately, I have not been able to attend classes as I wanted due to becoming ill with pneumonia and am still recovering from that. I am hoping to be able to return soon. The instructors of the Zumba classes were awesome and also very encouraging.

It Is So Much Fun. There Is So Much To Do And So Many Different Classes. The Employees And Attendees Are So Nice. The Atmosphere Is Very Welcoming And Comfortable

Everyone who worked there is really nice. I like that its normal everyday people who are doing the classes. It does not make you feel uncomfortable.
