I was very impressed on the organization and Michael my service guy. I've dealt with 2 other Air companies but this is the only one that helped me find the issue that was causing my electric bill to triple. Michael was very professional and surprisingly unlike the other companies did not use foul language.

as the maintenance guy came, he was nice and young. he told me what he was gonna do, great!!! i said go ahead. he checked inside the attic,he checked the fan outside . came to me saying that there was a leak.so we talked about the prices. and to make it short he left .i l left with my family to have dinner. when we came back the house was HOT the ac wasn't working. i talked to this nice lady late at night i think it was adriana. got me an appointment with a tachnician NEXT DAY WHENEVER THEY PLEASE , called a window time. but any way. always check that the ac is WORKING before they leave. kind of hard when you have a kid in a texas summer. but i hope i will keep you posted to see what happens next tomorrow. good night everybody!!!
