This was a welcoming space with a friendly, knowledgeable instructor who was able to tailor fit a group class to every participant with a good emphasis on safety. No boredom in this class. I recommend Sage and I look forward to returning.

The instructor I had for this class was very helpful and the class was great. I enjoyed the workout Eventhough I was sore for a few days but I'll be back.

The instructor Jordan is great. He really cares that you're doing the exercises in good form so you get the most out of them and don't get injured. The personal trainer I had was the same way.
