I’ve been really happy so far with the classes. The instructors have been very attentive and make sure that I have good form and don’t injure myself. I would definitely recommend!

I would recommend this to everyone! The class is at your own pace and level but there are so many people there pushing you to do your best. I am sore after every class but that means its working!
