Intentional Yoga is truly, the only HOT YOGA studio in the Rochester Hills area! Each certified teacher guides the student through safe, alignment based classes. The signature class is a fusion of Hot and Vinyasa Yoga combining energetic and grounding poses to bring the body into a balanced state.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

In this welcoming and upbeat environment, Intentional Yoga focuses on safety and alignment, leaving the body rejuvenated and balanced. Various workshops and celebrations are held to broaden students' knowledge and committment. Students are encouraged to stretch, sweat, and most importantly, smile!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

To offer a variety of classes, in a supportive environment, for ALL LEVELS of students. Intentional Yoga strives to promote strength, flexibility, mobility and stability; creating a mind, body, soul connection. This community inspires self exploration for healing, growth, friendship, peace, and joy!
