Beautiful house , loads of history , and very knowledgeable guides. I was quite surprised to see how well the house was furnished and maintained. Worth the trip!

Very interesting story that isn't well known. The house is very well maintained. The docents are friendly and knowledgeable.

This home is a gem. For people who love colonial history the Tate House is full of artifacts and stories of life in those times. Tour guide and gift shop staff are very helpful and friendly. Don't miss this!
