Even though they have a lot of people going through and people arriving constantly they should find a better way to let you know what you are supposed to do. We are all new at this and there is an awkward time when you arrive and some of the folks don't guide you as kindly as others. Even a nice big poster board explaining what you should do when you arrive. Step 1 - Pick up a white box and put your name on it. Step 2 - Look at examples of other floats and decide what type of look you would like. Step 3 - Pick your colors. Something like that would be helpful. We had a great glass blower for our group and loved the information he shared with us about glass blowing.

Got really crowded despite my making an appointment. After I waited at least 45 min, when it was my turn the man rushed me through the experience. I didn't appreciate that.

Could be a bit bitter organized to take in clients and get them started. Also, advice on coloring glass was not good.End result was very far from what I described I wanted to achieve.
