It's an awesome workout, the staff is motivation, and it's a lot more fun than the standard class at the gym.

The best thing I have done for "me" in a very long time. Great work out and awesome instructors! A great non-competitive environment! If I hadn't mowed out of state I would still re-new my monthly membership.
