I felt very comfortable with the staff. They were very warm and welcoming.

The staff has been very supportive even helping me use their program after sports injury since I started the program. They have given me useful tools along with encouragement to keep me going. Their program is teaching me a much more useful way of figuring out how to eat for energy and healthy living. That is very empowering. Thank you Monarch

My sister and I have started together on our path to getting our lives back on track including losing the weight we have allowed ourselves to gain after a hard 2012 year. We lost our Dear ol' Dad and let ourselves be comforted by food. This plan seem to fit our lifestyle to the tee, very doable and the staff is a great support to be there when you need them.

The staff are not enthusiastic or even appear to be concerned about your success. My partner and I met with them and as a couple, the visit got us both on the same page. We were starting our own wellness adventure with, or without monarch. The staff are really disappointing. The prepackaged meals are dated and there are other products on the market; Atkins that are more affordable and tastier.

I did not like the services they provided. Very disappointed in the Dr that I met with!!!! I felt like because I was not severly overweight and did not want to use only their products, I was not taken seriously. I was very excited to start a program and get my life back and did not feel supported. I never went back, not even to get my shots and had no follow up from the company!!! I would have thought that they would have checked in, very poor service!!!!
