The stylist cancelled my appointment twice, then gave me a cut which I realised the following day was uneven, but I did not want to go back to have it fixed. So I paid to have my hair re-cut a week later. Also, the stylist said she did not have change when I went to tip her (why did I tip for a bad cut?...I hadn't realised at that point how bad it was!) and so I ended up tipping her 25% of the full price. Disaster!
