I was a little nervous because there was no one at the entrance to greet me, nor did the staff introduce themselves (I had to ask them their names.) However, once that was out of the way, filling out paperwork and getting my service was great - I really appreciated the way I was told what was going to happen before it happened. It seems like it's just a new business - once the kinks get out of the way I think it will be really great!
