I would not recommend the Beavercreek Ohio Regis Salon. I went one time with the groupon and then returned once only to find out the stylist I used had left without any notice. So I was going to have to use someone else. Very unprofessional and expensive for the quality of work.

Everything depends on the person you get because everyone cuts hair differently. I loved how the stylist cut my hair. I would've definitely gone back if they hadn't charged me $22 just for blow drying my hair without telling my how much it was to blow dry! $22! For blow drying? And it wasn't even that great? No thanks. I've been to regis several times and I ended up spending more money with the groupon than without it.
customer service did not treat groupon holders well, they hike up their prices, I ended up paying over $160 and using my groupon

When making my appointment, I told them I was bringing my young daughter with me and I wanted to use the Groupon for both of us since it was for $40 and my haircut would cost less than that. When we went to pay, we were told that it was only good for 1 customer. I wanted to ad some products, but the Groupon wouldn't allow it (this was in writing on the Groupon, but being good for only 1 customer wasn't). It couldn't be applied towards the tip either. My only other option was to do a deepncondition or ad another service to my ticket, but we were done and my hair was dry. I ended up forfeiting $9 of the groupon as a result. While I reccomend them for their styling abilities and being personable, I was upset that I was not able to use the full value of my Groupon.
I have very fine, thin hair and obviously chose the wrong person to cut my hair. It wasn't a bad cut just wasn't a great cut either

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen for an appointment that I had made. I was told the haircut was $37 when it was only $32. I had to walk out with soaking wet hair b/c I was so late to get back to work due to waiting for 30 minutes. Regis accused me of using a copied groupon and refused to accept it until I pulled it up on my phone and EVEN THEN they were not initially wanting to approve it. I have NEVER in my life experienced such TERRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER go back and was sure to tell everyone in my office about my awful experience.
