When I came back to pickup my car, it wouldn't start. The Thrifty employees were very helpful in trying to give me a jumpstart, even had their mechanic come look at it. Even though none of this helped, they were still very kind to me.

If we weren't permanently moving out of Portland, I would probably use Thrifty Parking for every trip from now on.

Thank you. I will be back. Thrifty Parking was the best. Everyone was so helpful; the shuttle picks people up and drops off at the car. No wandering around late at night.

The parking lot at PDX is convenient. My only major problem is that the parking spaces are really narrow!

I don't think I would do business with Thrifty without the discount. I thought their prices were high for the level of service. I waited quite a while for the shuttle from the Airport.
