A little bit of a drive since the Poway location has closed, but the staff is very attentive and it was a good experience

Monique's Poway office is closed, but I was able to get my IPL treatment at Timeless Age Defying Laser Clinic in Hazard Center. The office is clean and quiet, and the nurse esthetician was professional but joked with me, putting me at ease. It was all quick and relatively painless. If you need it, you can get a numbing cream. (I didn't use it, and I was fine.) I look forward to the second visit!

The staff makes all the difference! Jessica is amazing. She handles the front desk, escorting clients to treatment rooms, scheduling, taking calls, and taking payments - all with a genuine smile and friendly manner. Treatments are done by qualified RN’s. I highly recommend Monique’s/Timeless

Love this place have been here twice and the nurse and front desk clerk are always great. They are down to earth people, very easy crowd and try their best to meet your needs. Tattoo removal has been going great. They are moving to mission valley on hazard soon FYI.
