It would have been nice if the salon would have apologized to me in person when I arrived for having to reschedule. We all have busy lives and I scheduled this for my day off to enjoy and relax - but they called an hour before my appointment to tell me they could not accommodate me that day and I had to reschedule. That being said, everyone I encountered on my visit was friendly. And as I said the massage was just that great that it made up for the inconvenience.

It's a mid-range spa without all the thrills of an upper end spa. The advantage is location and that the results of the service was awesome. Faye does an excellent job!!

Great place for a facial & message. But for pedicure & manicure need more newer fresher Colors,supplies, and sharper tools. The ladies were great very nice and courteous . Will recommend facial/ massage. But not so much for the pedicure/manicure.

Considering this a relatively new establishment, I think that cistomer service should really be one of the main focuses. If the customer does not feel as though you went over and beyond to satisfy them, they probably won't be back, especially if there were issues with the service. Simply asking someone how there service went is not sufficient. As the owner/manager, you should know if a person had issues, especially of they are blatantly obvious. Furthermore, when the manager is made aware of the issue, a simple apology does not cut it. People pay to have services done and something should be offered to right the wrong. The manager should never let a client walk out of their establishment not knowing what kind of review they would get.

I came to unique day spa for a facial and massage. The facial was great,the massage was ok probably because I had my heart set on a different massage. Initially I wanted a hot stone treatment but the hot stone man wasn't there. The massage therapist offered to reschedule but I was already there on the massage table. I think next time staff should try their best to inform clients prior to their service if there is a change. This spa does a great job with utilizing email, the web, and phone service.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Unique Day Spa. I will be sure to recommend your spa to my friends and will be back! Markisha is a very pleasant person and excellent massage therapist!

Good massage therapists, nice, quiet atmosphere. Loved it! Wish the establishment was a little larger, though.

The establishment is a very clean and the staff was professional. However the massage rooms were too noisey. The treatment room walls do not extend to the celling.

Was really nice and have great pricing, the people are quick to start without having to wait and very helpful.

Unorganized & didn't provide the services as advertised. But- great facial & great massage!
