I really liked the training and I learned a lot. I would recommend not staying up late the night before because you get a lot of information and you get it very fast - so you better pay attention. Also, it would help if you can pre-read the NRA Guide to the Basics of Pistol Shooting (that's the class I took). I loved all the stories the instructors told. I totally expected some "good old boys talking about guns" - but got three instructors who are very committed to what they are teaching and it was obvious they all enjoy doing it. My friends and I are enthusiastic about taking another class in the future.

Very well thought out course. The instructors were interesting and kept the class moving. The firing range was really safe and they did a great job of watching over everyone. I would recommend this course to anyone who is considering a CCW class (I already have) Dave and Carol Bratt

Excellent course taught by professionals! The course is great for anyone who has been wanting a CCW. They spent a lot of one on one time w individuals who had never held a gun before. I can't wait for an advanced class!! Will recommend to others.

The NRA material was good and Matt was good and professional. Ryan's attitude didn't sit well with me in a class that deals with a dangerous object that can change life into death. Even at the range he pointed a pistol towards the class (not on purpose) even though it was unloaded. Matt was consistent in his following the rules. Oddly, they didn't even review the range rules before we went out until a class member asked about them. Strange that I'd heard that test grade AND firing range scoring was important for this training, but Matt and Ryan did not seem to feel it was a big deal and was up to their discretion as to if people got it right. On the plus side, there was a lot of hands on experience with different guns and ammo, which was instructive and helpful. I'm also thankful that there are guys like these that go to the trouble to get certified and setup an LLC, get guns/ammo, eye/ear gear, etc. to provide this service.
