It's not like those big workout places where there are too many people and the staff is impersonal. The people and classes here are great.

Very nice facility with great equipment. I would like a Fly machine and inner and outer thigh machine, but everything is great. Very clean and equipment in great working order. Natalie and Shannon were great instructors for me. Enjoyed the nutrition evaluation, too.
