The service man was exactly on time, had a uniform and was very presentable. He spent quite a bit of time; seemed to me he did a lot more than the previous guy. He found outlets needed cleaning and I hadn't noticed that. I give him and his company an A+.

Kind of on the fence about Daycool. Was it just a coincidence that my air messed up to the tune of a 1500$ repair right after the maintenance was performed, I can't say, but it seems a bit sketchy. Not a lot of personality from the owner or the tech I saw. Will not be using again.
