It was one of the worst experiences at a spa. The service and the environment was horrible. Would never go back or recommend this service to anyone

Please do not call this a spa coz it simply isn't. It was a struggle to get an appointment, had to share the room with another client. The phone kept ringing inside the room. Bright lights, constant interruptions made it unpleasant but the broken bathroom & the unhygienic conditions simply made it unbearable.

Difficult to park at first location and was sent to a location much further away for my second appointment. Both locations rooms were cold.

Went there yesterday and had a facial done. I had to wait half an hour after the appointment time. It was unorganized, unclean, non professional and unhygienic. On top of all that I have reaction on my face today, don't know what kind of products they used.

Place was somewhat dirty
