This studio is located in a beautiful area of Princeton and the space is ample enough to hold a decent size class. I had to get used to the heat from being away from hot yoga for so long, but you'll definitely get your money’s worth in detoxing and results. Highly recommend trying them out!

I enjoyed my first class at Breathing Dragon Yoga. The instructor, was patient, encouraging, and very knowledgable, and was always trying to push her students to reach their max in every pose. The studio itself is very beautiful, clean, warm ( no pun intended) and inviting. In fact, the heat was just perfect. I look forward to returning very soon.

Loved the pilates instructor. She was extremely motivating and full of energy. She made a point of connecting with each student in class. Excellent experience.
