About Let's Fork Tonight!

Couples rarely enjoy a third wheel on a date, but Chef Michael is no ordinary third wheel. The certified personal chef whips up restaurant-quality dishes—such as pasta crepes stuffed with ricotta and napa valley lamb—in home kitchens, transforming cozy nights into special occasions. He can also craft smorgasbords of tapas for ladies’ nights, cater small dinner parties, or enhance football games with handmade snack spreads. In his hands-on cooking classes, he teaches his students not only to make similar repasts at home, but to pair their food with appropriate beverages, such as steak with pinot noir, or swordfish with a cocktail of ocean water and Great Blue-dini Kool-Aid.

Cooking class was very poorly organized. The class said it was for tapas. The recipes we made were not tapas but more like small portions entrees. Didnt really learn anything. More of a follow the recipe class than learning experience. The cocktails had nothing to do with recipes. It was advertised as pairing but I wouldn't call it that. the set up of the class was horrible. It was in their office which was a restored historic home. It was cramped, we used pop up plastic tables to cut on, and I spent far too much of my time washing dishes in a tiny sink. I understand their other facility is being worked on, but they just shouldn't offer classes in such a horrible space. Would not recommend.
