I enjoyed the class, wish it were a little warmer but understand that it's not all about the external heat.

I've been practicing yoga since about 2000 (mostly ashtanga/vinyasa flow and "hot yoga" of various forms, including bikram). My only reservation about Providence Power Yoga is that it is so clearly indebted to Baron Baptiste and the Baptiste style. I'm skeptical of branded yoga styles. I think this is a major pitfall of US yoga culture and leads to the yoga flame wars. That said, though, I like Providence Power Yoga so far. Thanks!
