These higher temperatures help foster a greater range of motion as students of all skill levels follow a flowing series of yoga postures. Infrared heat stimulates blood flow, improves muscle recovery, and decreases pain, and inflammation after intense exercise. They also offer Sculpt, Power, Yin, and Wall yoga. Wall classes are exclusive to the Federal Way location only.

Very clean and welcoming environment. The instructors work on giving modifications for each pose, so every person can practice at their own level and pace.
