The staff was very professional and I felt comfortable. The laser hair removal doesn't take long at all.

For any future coupons, please notify people that some of the services may span several months and so the first appointment needs to be far in advance of the experation date. I really enjoyed my experience. Thanks

The staff is very friendly and professional.

The first visit in Dec was ok, but the 2nd time I arrived there and was told that they couldn't take me because of some technical problems. They didn't previously call. After I contacted them through their website and also by phone it took them almost one week to call me back and tell me that they where moving to another location and that I should wait about 2 weeks to call again for an appointment. I really DON'T feel like this is serious place to go...
