It's nice small facility for women only. The employees and gym members are very friendly. Great group class instructors.

Great customer service. The first class I took only had 5 people total, including me so it was almost like having a private cardio/aerobic kickboxing session.

I signed up for 10 classes with a friend of mine. We just completed our first class and did spin. It was wonderful! Highly recommend.

It's a great deal for the classes. You can't use the gym though. Still, the instructors are great! Women from every background get together to work out and have fun!
