Michelle made my first-ever mani-pedi a memorable experience. She was extremely friendly and personable, and careful and consciousness, especially with my pedicure (which was long overdue).

Everyone there was very nice and friendly.

Thank you for the over-the-top work you did to get us in on the day we needed! (please remove the extra box from the massage room however, it looked a bit messy) Thank you so much for an awesome experience.. even in the face of difficult staffing issues. Fabulous!

Wonderful customer service

They cancelled my appointment. when I went back for a manicure and pedicure, they couldn't do it because the technician forgot to bring her kit. Total waste of my time and money.

You need to answer your phone calls and check your messages regularly and overall work on your customer service. It took me five months just to book an appointment. Basically i am very disappointed and would not consider coming back.

My coupon was for a mani - pedi. There were no pedicure chairs. The manicurist bought a bowl of water & stuck my feet in it. Not impressed.
