I appreciated the follow up treatment for stubborn weeds and the low pressure sales. When the new home construction around my house is complete I'll probably have them back to provide additional weed control. Thanks.

Friendly phone customer etiquette, where they explained scheduling and service expectations. Bruce, the application specialist arrived a day or two earlier than expected, which was a plus and i was at home to evaluate work performed. He immediately went to work surveying the land and spreading the weed kill application. Weeds began to wilt and disappear in the week thereafter. Provided me a lawn analysis and explained he'd return in about two weeks to apply fertilizer. Everything went 100% to plan. The fertilizer in addition to all the recent rain and cool weather has my meager yard looking much greener and healthy.
