A 1st time experience for me & I wasn't sure what to expect. Friendly greeted & explained the process. She (sorry I don't remember her name) set me up and the procedure went quickly, 15 minutes. No hard sale for more procedures but was told results would've been better with an increased time. I noticed a very slight improvement but not sure if I'd do it again, maybe. @ kiosk in mall no privacy.
