There was better lack of communication. I was unhappy with the service, although she was very polite it seemed as though our calendars never matched. The treatment was not applied from hair to tip. My hair was only blow dried once and flat ironed once! I understand the solution is only applied once. This was not my first brazilian blowout and I understand the process.
