My 1st visit was a consultation and I felt welcomed, the ladies were very nice. I met with the manager Anita who demonstrated the process on me for 30 minutes. I felt comfortable and based on the information I was give felt I would be able to get the results I wanted, therefore I purchased a complete package. It was a very good experience.
