Sidney is a goddess with those very strong knowing hands. I have seizures, so I hurt all the time... she was amazing. My husband works in a warehouse, and he has horrific knots- she got those too!

A really nice and intimate Fitness Center which focusses on small team and individual personalised trainers. If you are not happy with going to crowded centers and like the more personalized training. This is the place to go.

Massage therapsids was great. Communication was lacking. They returned my phone all a week later and didn't tell me they had moved. When I left a bracelet there, they didn't return my call to let me know they had found it. Communication is key to running a successful business.
