Since I started going to Coreology I do not bother with the GYM any longer. It has helped me build muscle, strength and stamina, which greatly effected my performance as a hockey player. I would recommend their classes to ALL levels. The staff is excellent and can cater to the needs of specific individuals.

You should at least give it a try. The place is really fun and gets you in shape (or at least starts you on the right path!).
