This, for sure, is not for the faint of heart! My first sesh was exhausting AF, but it’s fun and really pushed me. I love the vibe, the camaraderie, the fitness coaches! Angel and Josh (hope I got their names right) are amazing at what they do! The gym is nothing elaborate but you got all you need to have a pretty good workout. It’s super clean, too! I intend to make this my home gym.

If you are motivated to get back in shape and love to be challenged...walk in the doors of OC Fit. If not keep making excuses why you “can’t” work out.
