I highly recommend asking for Gail if you are having an IPL. She is terrific. Also, be sure to let them know if you aren't satisfied with anything. They really strive for customer satisfaction.

Very professional and nice

The staff made me feel comfortable. They were nice and friendly. Explained what to expect.. My first session was very effective but not uncomfortable in the least. I was quite impressed with the whole experience.

This facility is fantastic! Beautiful, clean and staff is professional. Gail was super friendly and a knowledgeable esthetician. Great care in the technique and process. I've received great results from the two IPL's and intend on returning.

Excellent. Reception is great offered Coffee. Patient coordinator is very non pushy and carries the perfect balance of knowledge and knowing when to suggest certain things. She does not over load you with 5000 dollar packages. The R.N is the best I have ever seen. Her injections are precise and she is working with a lot of experience. You can feel her confidence She is also gentle with suggestions.

Very professional and caring staff. IPL is a bit uncomfortable, I recommend arriving early and ask for the numbing creme so that you have a good experience.
