If you get the ice cream cake leave it out for at least an hour before trying to cut it. My best butcher knife wouldn't go through it after leaving it out for 30 minutes as they recommend. It was really good.

You may have to wait to check out if they are busy, but it's worth it. They are friendly, helpful, and will write a message on the top of your cake if you want. Just make sure you write it out for them.
