It was OK, but it is a chain. Who knows if physician used will be there next time. Not the same level of service as a personal physician but they do have a very large selection of frames, etc. A lot of people working there, you feel like you are in a production line.
The doctor was a bit of a cold fish and rather unfriendly. The glasses I ordered were supposed to arrive in 7-10 business days but instead it took a month. However, I'm glad to say that they're probably the best-fitting, most accurately made glasses I've ever had. My overall opinion is a positive one.

You guys are a huge rip off. I was treated terrible and I still don't understand why I couldn't just have an eye exam. Ice never been to a place that required me to purchase eye glasses.
