The pedicure itself was disappointing, the set up even more...a cheap home pedicure vibrating basin filled with about 3 inches of water set into a hole cut into a plywood base of which an old styling chair had been placed. The single pedicure station appeared to be an afterthought. I also did not like the emery boards being sprayed with alcohol and reused...aren't they cheap enough in quantity to use a fresh one on each customer?

Did not like the salon at all. Too small & needed up dating. The manicures and pedicures that we got chipped within a day and they took forever to do the work! People that worked there were very nice though.

Scheduling times were inconvenient for the mani-pedicure and wasn't happy that I was serviced by a student. You really need a nail dryer!

Salon staff was very nice. Not experienced in giving manicures. Nail polish products were very old and rubbed/smudged later on. Never dried properly.

Do a better job of keeping their salon clean & tidy & MOST importantly, steralize ALL their mani/pedi instruments after EACH time used on a client. If they're not keeping their manicure instruments sanitized, they are probably not doing it to their other salon instruments either.
