The aesthetician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The facial was very relaxing.

Go to Master Creations, you wouldn't be unsatisfied!

The microdermabrasion procedure was rushed and no relaxing. They ran out of product to put on my face post-procedure. It was highly disappointing and not personal. I wouldn't go back.

Other facials I've had, they would massage hands and arms while the mask is on the face. I felt very uncomfortable with the aesthetician leaving me alone for twenty minutes. Also, recommending care unable to provide because of lack of supplies.

The overhead fluorescent lights in the treatment room were left on full force. Hey weren't even dimmed. I'm not sure the sheet I was lying on was washed after prior use. There was no blanket to cover up. I was given a bath towel to cover my chest.

I think that the customer service is incredibly lacking and that I had a rather terrible experience. I will probably never come back and will not recommend the salon for any services.
