Infrared sauna is best! But of you want massage after make sure you call to confirm massage therapist is in. Great pricing for services.

This is not for me. hard to make appointment , no personal interaction /service . Basically you rent the space and either sit there or lay down w ur legs bent b/c the space is so small. I only sweated just enough I can felt on my forehead, lips and armpits 5m before the time is up. U can get that by going to beach.The owner is nice but she is just too busy to take care of other customers.
