Went today for my first TRX class and it was so awesome! The instructor was very helpful, friendly and encouraging. Will totally go back. Everyone in the class seems to love it and they have all seen results!

Just enjoy a strenuous workout that covers every part of the body. Highly recommend this club. Clean, friendly, considerate and willing to give alternative exercises during class.
