Great Job and very pleasant

Absolutely loved the service. I felt like everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make you feel at home. However, I was a bit disappointed with the keratin treatment. It took out a bit of the frizz, but not the curl. I'm using all the products and go 5 days without washing my hair. My hair is very thick and curly. Perhaps the product was not strong enough for my hair.

take cell phone numbers in addition to home numbers so when they cancel an appt on the same day, a person doesn't show up.

They were very nice but it just wasn't for me.

The keratin treatment I purchased hardly lasted 2 weeks. I waited the 72 hours to wash my hair, as instructed, and have only used the products they told me to use and the frizz is already coming back. I'm not sure if it was the brand they use or if it wasn't applied correctly. It certainly didn't last as well or long as the treatment I had done last year at a different salon.
