Anne did a wonderful cut and color on my hair! This was a new place for me and I am sold on going back!

She did a good job. That deep condition really revived my hair :)

Terrible experience. She didn't ask a thing before starting other than the 10 seconds on the phone about the color. Facing away from the mirror I was surprised when she just started applying color, which ended up being nearly black when I wanted a chocolaty brown. She started talking on the phone 5 minutes into the application of color and into the time it set, then awkwardly tried to have conversation that was very self centered. Ana had no idea how to brush hair....she pulled it tons, put it up against her body to brush upward, and even got my eye.

I would not go back. She was very rough with my hair an I left with a headache. Also I was trying to show her how I liked my bangs cut and she wanted to do it her way and mest up my bangs. I'm going to have to go to someone else to fix them. I am not happy with her services.

I had to go home and cut pieces of hair myself that were left way too long. I will need to wear my hair in a ponytail for weeks until it grows back out. My hair was butchered!

Completely unsatisfied. Incomplete hair color (I have blonde pieces that werent dyed with the rest of my hair) and I asked for layers and received a blunt cut that doesnt look even. My scalp is also burned from the dye. I'm very upset and don't want to leave the house without a hat. That was my only money to get my hair done and I was hoping to love it now I don't have any money to get it fixed.

My hair result turned out awful. Pretty disappointed. Seem that the stylist not know what she doing with dye hair. I used to have strawberry blonde but she seems used bleach. I have a wedding to attend. Sigh

Clean the shop and bleach the towels!
