I really love this studio. I have been practicing for a while now but, I really enjoy the time and dedication that Cindy and Janet are taking to make sure you get all the benefits of each pose. I love this place. Great people great vibe!

Best place to do Hot yoga and yoga in general.
They are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Every time you walk in there they make you feel welcome!

A wide variety of classes and times. There’s something for everyone and the instructors are great at what they do making you feel comfortable and right where you need to be. I don’t feel self conscious at all and I feel amazing when I leave.
