prior drink plenty of water, make sure you make it a time to watch your favorite T V show. or if you like to read bring your book. They had a lot of magazines.

The personal sauna rooms are great! Non-intimidating and nobody bothers you. They also offer massages here too.

My sauna didn't have a CD loaded in the radio, so be sure to take your own music if that's how you plan on relaxing during your session. Otherwise, no worries because they offer tv and plenty of magazines.
