If I recall correctly, this was a 'festival' where one could allegedly sample different Latin foods. The 'festival' started late, there were three food vendors who didn't even have any food prepared. When they finally got the food prepared, the 'samples' were small bite sized pieces. I basically paid $10 for four bites of food. Waste of time.

The Taste of Latin America Food Festival is a BIG ripped off to customers! We paid in advance for 10 samples, but there were no vendors there (only 5 vendors showed up), and the so called sample is 1 chip, tiny piece of tamales, ridiculous size even smaller than Costco samples! I had a card with full 10 box with no food to taste so no box was stamped. Then they trade the non-stamp card with 2 bottles of water...that is $10 for 2 bottles of water may I remind you. I have never had such EXPENSIVE water! Also the hour was advertised from 11am to 5pm, it's actually open from noon to 3pm! This is the worse food festival and the most expensive I have ever attended! Will never go back again.
