This is a wonderful studio! I loved the Barre Blend class that left me very sore the next day. The location is far away from Providence but if you are in the Rehoboth area, it's a must stop!

I went to my first class last Tuesday and I felt great! I was sore, but I had felt I got a total body workout. I loved the end of class when the instructor gave Everyone a gentle massage with lavender and Words of inspiration. I can't wait to go to my next class!

I LOVED my experience here. I live in Waltham, and surely have plenty of facilities that offer a similar service much closer to me. I am happy to drive the 40 minutes to this studio for the experience that Ando provides, and will continue coming back for more! The lavender infused relaxation at the end is unbelieavble. I felt incredible for the next few hours.
